In alignment with the builder’s requirements and design vision, as the interior designer, I meticulously selected and paired materials to bring the concept to life, highlighting a clean and modern aesthetic. This 3,494 SQF rebuilt home sold successfully for $6 million within just one weekend of being listed.

My design for this project features a cool gray palette as the primary tone, complemented by elegant marble and gray-toned wood elements. This combination creates an atmosphere of understated luxury that is both sophisticated and inviting. For the exterior, a striking black-and-white color scheme was chosen, offering timeless contrast and perfectly catering to the market's preferences at the time.
